Every purchase is delivered as milestones, and each milestone has tasks. Tasks start as Pending, move to In Progress when work begins, and become Completed when finished. You can see them on the detail page of anything you've bought.
Why don't I see a Build project on my dashboard?+–
Your dashboard shows only what you've purchased. Once you join a Build project it appears here with its milestones and team.
How do I update my payment method?+–
Open your avatar menu, choose Payment Methods, then add a card or change your default.
How do I log in?+–
There's no password. Enter your email or phone number on the login screen and we'll send you a 6-digit one-time code. New here? The same screen sets up your account.
Can I get a refund?+–
It depends on the product and how far along it is. See our Refund Policy for the details.
