Clear, milestone-based refund terms for all Meander courses, build projects, and growth services.
Everything at Meander is delivered as milestones, each with tasks that move from Pending to In Progress to Completed. Refunds are based on the work that has not yet started when you ask. Completed milestones are considered delivered.
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 20% of the course.
Full refund before the kickoff call. After kickoff, refund of the remaining fee for milestones still Pending.
Full refund up to 7 days before the project starts. After the start date, refund covers unstarted milestones only, and may be limited if your seat can't be refilled.
Governed by your statement of work. Unstarted milestones are refundable; completed and in-progress work is billed as agreed.
Completed and In Progress milestones are non-refundable. Milestones still Pending can be refunded.
Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the file is defective or not as described. Contact us within 7 days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
